Bought a new TV, Freely box or recorder and would rather not wrestle with it? We can collect it, bring it to you, unbox it, connect it, tune it in and show you how to use it.
We’re happy to help anyone who isn’t comfortable setting up a new TV themselves, and families often book us for an older relative. We take the time to explain things clearly, and we don’t rush.
New TV with Freely?
Many new TVs come with Freely built in, which brings live channels to your TV over broadband. We’ll set it up, connect it to your internet and your aerial, and show you how it works.
If you’re buying a Freely recorder or PVR, it still needs an aerial connection to record programmes, as well as WiFi or an ethernet cable. We’ll make sure both are in place.
