Televid has closed, but we’re still here
After 34 years, the Televid workshop at Maida Vale Business Centre closed in September 2022. Derek, who was a partner in Televid, carries on with his son Mark as Sparky-UK.
Looking for a TV repair?
We no longer repair TVs. Like many repair shops, Televid closed because new TVs became cheaper to buy than old ones were to fix, and spare parts got hard to find.
Before you replace your TV, check the signal. If the picture is freezing, breaking up into blocks or showing “no signal”, the fault is very often the aerial, the dish or the cable, not the TV. That’s exactly what we fix.
